Sarah Elliott

Sarah Elliott

Sarah specialises in the dietary management of digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease. Diagnosed with Crohn's disease 21 years ago, she knows how important food choices are to feeling your best. She absolutely loves helping people gain control of their symptoms and feel confident about their food choices.

Having previously worked as the Immunology Dietitian at Wellington Regional Hospital, she is also skilled in management of food allergies and intolerances.

She can also help if you are suffering from disordered eating. Having worked at the Peter Beaumont Eating Disorder Day Program in Sydney, Australia, she has a wealth of experience and practical tools.

Having two young children, Sarah understands how dietary changes need to be practical and realistic - but also taste great!

Angela Phillips

Angela is currently on maternity leave

Angela was a leader in her field from a very young age and is now recognised in the specialist areas of food intolerance, weight management and paediatrics. Her high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and empathetic personality ensures that clients will benefit from detailed consultation resulting in an individualised nutritional plan towards well being.

Angela has previously worked at Kenepuru Hospital and at Wellington Hospital. Here she worked with inpatients, outpatients and the community, visiting clients in their homes. She was team leader for the dietitians at CCDHB prior to having her two children.

Angela is qualified to prescribe special foods and supplements.

Georgia Wakefield

Georgia has a true passion for food and is committed to helping people support their health through nutrition.

Having previously worked as a Surgical and Intensive Care Dietitian at Whangarei Hospital and as a Clinical Dietitian at Kenepuru Hospital, Georgia gained skills and knowledge in delivering empathetic nutrition care and education for a variety of clinical conditions. Georgia has a keen awareness of the challenges facing clients, families and their whanau and is commitment to professional standards and evidence-based practice.

Georgia is the current Chief Executive of Allied Health Aotearoa New Zealand and a Dietitians NZ Wellington Branch Committee member.

Georgia has a particular interest in digestive health and all things bowels, as well as in weight loss, bariatric surgery and diabetes. Having been a vegetarian since the age of three, Georgia is also well versed in providing advice for doing so while maintaining a high nutrition quality.

Georgia is qualified to prescribe special foods and supplements.

Sarah is a keen foodie and has a real passion for helping people to improve their health through nutrition. She has a strong interest in all things gut-related, and paediatrics.

Sarah provides plans that are practical and sustainable through a warm and empathic approach. She drives to provide evidenced-based care with up-to-date knowledge.

Sarah is well versed in a variety of areas. She has worked in various Auckland DHBs in the inpatient setting and community home visiting, with all age groups from premature babies, through to children, adults and older adults.

    Sarah is qualified to prescribe special foods and supplements.
