I remember when I received the news that I had coeliac disease at the age of eleven, and the variety of emotions that surrounded the diagnosis. Since then, it has been my dream to help other people navigate the often overwhelming array of nutritional messages, to find a way of eating that meets their own personal needs and helps them to be the healthiest they can be.

Throughout my journey I have come to love helping people with food intolerances and gastrointestinal problems, as well as helping people make sense of their medical conditions from a nutritional perspective. I have previously worked in general outpatient clinics, and have been part of the FoodSavvy team since 2017.

I believe that good health is not just physical – it is important to consider any emotional, social and spiritual components as well!

I can help with:

  • Coeliac disease
  • Irritable bowel syndrome/FODMAPs
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • Food chemical intolerances
  • Relationship with food
  • General healthy eating e.g. energy, iron deficiency, cholesterol
  • Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis
  • Prediabetes and type 2 diabetes
