I have recently returned to live in New Zealand after an extended time overseas, and I am loving being able to call Wellington home again.
My professional interest is working with all people to optimise their nutrition, with an individualised approach. Together we will build a plan that fits with you and your lifestyle requirements, making sense of the complex food system we now live in. I have particular experience working with young people, womens changing nutrition needs, and those in their older age.
I also incorporate my love of nutrition with my background in education by regularly teaching cooking classes that focus on great nutrition within any budget – plus motivating and re-energising shy and reluctant cooks.
Along with general nutrition advice I can help you with:
- Youth nutrition
- IBS and the gut/brain axis
- Women’s nutrition and PCOS
- Healthy eating for older age
I am a registered dietitian in both New Zealand and Australia.
