Lauren Grigg

BSc (Human Nutrition)
Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics
I graduated as a Dietitian in 2011 and since then have had the privilege of supporting clients across a wide range of healthcare settings, including both public and private hospitals. Over the years, I’ve worked with people at many different stages of their health journey — from those newly diagnosed with medical conditions to individuals simply wanting to feel more confident and energised in their everyday lives.
I understand that food and nutrition can feel overwhelming at times. With so much conflicting information available, it’s easy to become confused about what is truly evidence-based and right for you. My passion is helping you cut through the noise and find practical, realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle. I focus on clear, achievable steps that empower you to build sustainable habits and feel your best — without unnecessary restriction or guilt.
As a long-time foodie, I genuinely believe that nourishing food should also be enjoyable. I love brainstorming creative, practical solutions to meet individual nutritional needs while keeping meals satisfying and flavoursome. My previous role with Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food allowed me to combine my love of nutrition with hands-on cooking education, teaching essential food skills and helping people build confidence in the kitchen.
I have a particular interest and experience in supporting clients with:
- Type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes
- Heart health, including high cholesterol and high blood pressure
- Weight management and metabolic health
- Bowel health, FODMAPs and IBS
- Coeliac disease
- Women’s health across all life stages
